Suspension Service Information
We do not operate a booking dairy for suspension service work, we do focus on completing fork
and shock services as quickly as possible.
Once your part/s have been received and inspected, we will contact you to confirm the
servicing, parts and lead times. This is a great chance for you to ask us any questions you may
have.
Inspection
Once we have received your unit/s they will be inspected. If there are no issues beyond
the agreed service, we will carry on as planned.
If during the inspection there is anything highlighted, we will discuss this with you and
cost any additional parts.
Once the work has been completed payment can be made via bank transfer or over the phone.
Packaging Tips
Use a sturdy / heavy duty cardboard box.
Wrap the whole shock/s if possible, ensuring they are secure and not touching the outer
box directly.
Fill all empty space in the box with packing/bubble wrap.
Ensure any leaking parts are wrapped and secured in cloth etc.
